Local Pickup

If you live in or near Oakland California, please use the code BAYPICKUP for free shipping. After the order is place, we will contact you within 24 hours to set up an agreed location for pickup. Orders will be cancelled if location cannot be agreed upon.

US Domestic Shipping

Most pieces will be shipped via USPS. Shipping will be add at checkout. Most packages will be shipped same day or the next day with the exception of orders placed on Saturday. Saturday orders must be placed before 10AM for same day shipping or it will go out with Monday packages.

All orders will be packed securely. some will be packed in new packing materials (boxes & packing materials), some will be in repurposed materials to cut down on landfill. thanks for your understanding.

Returns

please contact me within 3 Days of receiving your shippment for a Return and/or refund if your piece is damaged during shipping.

Unfortunately there will be no Exchanges. Each Piece is handmade and unique and cannot be exchanged.
